Cancellation/Refund Policy

Here at Beehive Adoption we want to make sure our customers are 100% satisfied with your Membership option and items received.


Beehive Adoption reserves the right to refuse/cancel a membership in the beehive adoption program. If Beehive Adoption refuses a new or renewing membership, the customer will be offered a refund.


Memberships cancelled within 30 days of purchase are eligible to receive a full refund less $15 servicing fee.


Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.


Cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

All refund requests must be made by the purchasing customer and/or credit card holder.


Refund requests must include the name of the Customer, address, phone and/or transaction number.


Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
